Purchase Orders - Fax and Mail Order Instructions

Pay by Credit Card [ Fax only ] Money Order, Bank Draft, or BUSINESS CHECK. [ Mail Order ] NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED!

Please follow these instructions to order from http://www.childrens-musical-instruments.com and / or www.musicaltoysplus.com by mail: You will not have to send any credit information over the internet by following these steps! Print these instructions if desired. [ Printer Friendly pdf document ]

1. Make your product choices online, placing your selection[s] in the shopping cart. Continue until you have finished with all your selections.

2. Select the "proceed to checkout" button. This will list your selections on the order form to print out later.

3. Fill out all the billing and shipping information. Select your shipping choice from the SHIPPING METHOD drop down box. [You can use your browsers back button to compare shipping charges if desired.]

4. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! If paying with a money order, business check, or using a Purchase Order choose Visa as your credit card choice and enter 4111111111111110 in the credit card textbox. [16 digits] Enter the current month and 2013 for year in the expiration date boxes. In the enter CVV2 code [security code] box enter 123. Following this step will allow you to proceed. If paying with credit card and faxing your order fill in the credit card textboxes.

5. Select Submit Information. A new display will ask that you review your order and show your selections and itemized total. [ If shipping field does not auto complete use 10% of your total. ]

6. Select complete order. A new display will show RECEIPT with an order ID number which will be transmitted to us. Print as many copies as you require for your records plus 1 additional copy if mailing to us. [ Our Fax number is 888 -602 -3475. ]

P.S. If using a Purchase Order you can fax your own form and add 10% for estimated shipping. Following the steps above will auto-total for you and assign an order ID number from MusicKids LLC.
